Hidden from the main street in Laugharne, behind its exotically
landscaped grounds, is The Cors, a very special and intimate
restaurant. Converted from an exquisite Victorian house,
chef-proprietor Nick Priestland has brought this building to life and
created a charming, blend of period pieces and modernist artworks both
in his restaurant and the two en-suite guest rooms available.
Outside, guests may explore the beautiful grounds and Nick's passion
for gardening is evident. Once simply a bog (Cors in Welsh), the
glorious garden now provides a delightful setting of trees, shrubs,
ponds, modern sculptures and secluded areas of seating.
